Tri-Fix 1K Membrane Press Glue, which is a water-based and PU Dispersion glue for 3D surface applications, is used in automatic balloon and vacuum membrane press machines, for bonding PVC, PP, PET, ABS foils onto MDF, etc. materials. It is applied with a spray gun. It is applied as a single component and can be used by adding the second component when higher heat resistance and water resistance are desired.
Features: It contains Polyurethane particles dispersed in water and provides excellent gap filling and surface adhesion conditions. It does not create an orange appearance on the surfaces after bonding. It has high heat and moisture resistance. It can be applied with 1.6 – 2,2mm nozzle guns and does not clog or freeze.

* The glue should not be thinned by adding water or solvent and should not be exposed to a temperature above 80oC.
* The glue should not be stored under the sun, in high temperature and extremely cold environments.
